Minimum SPM. Fresh graduates welcome, with full product and system training provided.

Able to speak Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia (customers and team use all three).

Comfortable handling phone calls and WhatsApp with workshop owners, mechanics and fleet buyers all day.

Careful with details, since one wrong digit in a part number means a wrong part delivered.

Basic computer skills (Excel, WhatsApp Web). POS/ERP training is given.

Automotive or lorry parts sales experience is a plus, not a must.

Handle walk-in, phone and WhatsApp enquiries from retailers, workshops, logistics and towing companies.

Identify the correct part from chassis number, model or part number, then quote price and availability.

Prepare quotations, sales orders and invoices in our system.

Follow up on open quotations until closed.

Look after existing customer accounts and bring in new ones.

Coordinate with the warehouse on stock, picking and delivery.

Report frequently requested parts we don’t stock, plus pricing feedback, to management.

Ad-hoc tasks from time to time.
