Full Time PERM Homecare Staff Nurse #HJN Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Duties:

• Provide nursing care to clients in home and community settings, including wound dressing, medication, catheter, stoma and tube feeding care.
• Monitor clients’ conditions, administer treatments and medications, and promptly report any changes or clinical concerns.
• Conduct nursing assessments and support the development and review of individualised care plans.
• Coordinate care with doctors, therapists, caregivers and healthcare teams, including discharge and long-term care arrangements.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with nursing standards, infection control, patient safety and regulatory requirements.
• Educate and support clients, families and caregivers while working closely with Healthcare Assistants and Operations teams.

Working hours:
5 days (Mon-Fri), Sat only when needed. Office hours

Requirements:

• Valid SNB and BCLSL
• Prior Home care experience preferred
