• Monthly incentives up to RM2,000 (uncapped)

• Stable Monday–Friday working hours

• Engage walk‑in customers & nearby community
• Recommend suitable financial solutions
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets
• Work closely with branch leaders for coaching & growth
