Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Procurement, Business Administration or a related field.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to learn, proactive and able to take initiative.
• Good communication, organizational and documentation skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist with administrative tasks and daily operations.
• Support the recruitment process, including candidate screening and interview arrangements.
• Assist in preparing HR documents, letters, reports and employee records.
• Gain exposure to payroll processing, attendance monitoring, and leave management.
• Assist in employee data management, filing and documentation.
• Provide administrative support for management operations and other ad hoc tasks.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM500.00 - RM600.00 per month
