Full Time Senior - Quantity Surveyor (Project) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in WOLA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Manage project costing, budgeting, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and submit progress claims, interim payment applications, and final accounts.
• Prepare, evaluate, and negotiate variation orders (VO).
• Review subcontractor quotations, claims, invoices, and payment applications.
• Monitor project expenditure and ensure costs remain within the approved budget.
• Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers on pricing and contractual terms.
• Liaise with project managers, site teams, clients, consultants, and subcontractors on 
  commercial matters.
• Monitor contractual obligations and ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Maintain proper records of contracts, claims, variations, and other commercial documents.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in project quantity surveying within the construction industry.
• Knowledge of cost control, variation claims, progress claims, and contract administration.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
