Job Responsibilities:

·       Ensure compliance with quality management systems, GMP, regulatory requirements, and established business procedures.

·       Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure suppliers meet quality and delivery standards.

·       Applyrisk-based approaches to improve processes while maintaining quality and regulatory compliance.

·       Monitor supplier quality metrics, identify emerging risks, and escalate issues to relevant stakeholders.

·       Drive supplier performance improvement initiatives to reduce quality costs through digitalization and data analytics.

·       Provide guidance to suppliers on quality prevention tools, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and process optimization.

·       Lead continuous improvement initiatives using standardized metrics, Lean methodologies, and Six Sigma principles to enhance product quality and delivery performance.

·       Document lessons learned, share best practices, and collaborate with project teams to achieve business and operational objectives.

·       Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

·       Minimum Diploma in a related discipline

·       Minimum 3 years of quality assurance experience

·       Experience within the Pharmaceutical industry would be an added advantage

·       Able to start immediately or within short notice
