About the Role

We are looking for warm, polished, and service-oriented individuals to join a premium hospitality team.

This is a guest-facing role for someone who takes pride in delivering thoughtful, attentive, and memorable service. The ideal candidate is confident, well-presented, detail-oriented, and genuinely passionate about hospitality.

Job Responsibility:

• Welcome guests and provide attentive, professional service.
• Take and process food and beverage orders accurately through the POS system.
• Assist guests with menu selections and respond to requests professionally.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining service standards.
• Monitor tables and proactively attend to guest needs.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of tables and front-of-house areas.
• Set, clear, and reset tables according to service standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and service team for smooth operations.
• Handle guest billing and payments accurately.
• Assist with opening, closing, team briefings, and other operational duties as required.

Requirements:

• Good understanding of hospitality service principles and guest experience standards
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage products, including ingredients and common allergens
• Familiarity with table service procedures, dining etiquette, and front-of-house operations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage guest requests efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service.
