Payroll Management

• Execute full-cycle monthly payroll processing for big number employees
• Ensure compliance with Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, HRDF)
• Validate and reconcile payroll inputs including overtime, allowances, deductions, and incentives
• Generate payroll reports and submit statutory filings on time
• Address payroll-related queries and discrepancies professionally

Attendance System Oversight

• Manage and maintain attendance systems Paybun
• Monitor daily attendance, leave records, and absenteeism trends
• Ensure accurate syncing of attendance data with payroll software
• Coordinate with supervisors to resolve attendance anomalies and disputes

HR Operations Support

• Maintain up-to-date employee records and HRIS entries
• Assist in onboarding, confirmation, resignation, and contract renewals
• Support benefits administration, medical claims, and insurance updates
• Prepare monthly HR reports and assist in internal/external audits

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll and attendance system management
• Mandatory proficiency in payroll software (e.g., Paybun, Times Payroll, SQL Payroll)
• Compulsory knowledge of attendance systems (e.g., FingerTec, TimeTec, HRMS-integrated tools)
• Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and statutory contributions
• High accuracy in numerical and data handling
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia or Tamil is an advantage
• Discreet handling of confidential employee information

Preferred Skills

• Experience with HRIS platforms and Excel-based reporting
• Familiarity with multi-site or multi-shift workforce structures
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
