Full Time Warehouse Assistant Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,600 in Silversky Pte Ltd Southeast (Singapore) - Maukerja

What You Will Do

As the main Lead in our warehouse, your daily duties will include:

• Lead Daily Operations: Handle incoming shipments (containers), stock tallying, arrangement, picking, packing, and outgoing deliveries.
• Loading: Take lead and plan manpower for Loading (Assisting the Delivery Drivers in loading goods.)
• Inventory Control: Conduct stock counts, manage inventory levels, and ensure proper storage of all pet products during Stock Count periods.
• Team Supervision: Guide, train, and schedule daily work for Warehouse Assistants.
• Order Fulfilment: Ensure all orders for pet shops and partners are packed accurately and sent out on time.
• Safety & Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. The incumbent is also expected to optimize ways to reduce our warehouse space to cut overheads.
• Leader: As the main Lead of the Warehouse Department, you are expected to provide direction and ensure order for your team members in the Department.

What We Are Looking For

• At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or store management operations.
• Comfortable leading a small team and physically handling store items weighing about 25lbs when needed. Confident and has leadership qualities to lead Warehouse Assistants ranging from 25 to 55 years old.
• Organized, reliable, and able to handle fast-moving goods.
• Basic computer skills for stock updating and order processing. Skills with ERP, WMS
• A positive & vibrant attitude and a love for animals/pet products is a plus!
• Someone that is ready to reinvent our warehouse and have exceptional charisma to be lead and guide our Warehouse Assistants.
• Forklift license (if have, bonus)
• Confident & comfortable to use electric stacker

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,600.00 per month
