Job Responsibilities

  1. Make sure the kitchen, food preparation areas, and food storage areas are always clean and tidy.

  2. Sweep or mop the kitchen floor and throw rubbish and dirt into the proper bins.

  3. Wash, peel, and cut food ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, and certain types of meat.

  4. Clean kitchen equipment and utensils after use.

  5. Follow instructions given by the supervisor or kitchen team.

  6. Help pack food when needed.

  7. Assist with cleaning and maintaining the stewarding area when required.
