Job Title : BIM Manager – Semiconductor

Location: Singapore

Experience: Strong BIM management and multidisciplinary coordination experience

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to lead BIM delivery and multidisciplinary model coordination for semiconductor, high-tech industrial, or other complex facility projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage BIM deliverables, standards, execution plans, and model-exchange processes.
• Lead coordination of architectural, structural, and MEP models.
• Conduct clash detection, prioritise issues, and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor model quality, drawing accuracy, revisions, and compliance with project standards.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
• Manage BIM coordinators/modellers and review their deliverables.
• Maintain model registers, issue logs, and revision records.
• Ensure BIM deliverables meet project milestones and deadlines.

Requirements

• Relevant qualification or equivalent practical experience in BIM, engineering, architecture, or construction.
• Proven experience in BIM management and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong knowledge of BIM modelling, clash detection, and model quality control.
• Proficiency in relevant BIM authoring and coordination software.
• Experience in semiconductor, cleanroom, data centre, pharmaceutical, or other mission-critical projects is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
