Full Time Retail Operations Executive Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,500 in TALENT FIRST PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily retail property operations and facilities maintenance.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, repairs and term contractors.
• Attend to tenant feedback and operational matters.
• Manage tenant fit-out, renovation and reinstatement works.
• Conduct inspections and ensure safety / regulatory compliance.
• Support budgeting, utility arrears follow-up and contract renewals.
• Assist with MCST matters, licence agreements and AGM/EOGM preparation.
• Support sustainability and energy initiatives.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Building, Estate Management, M&E or related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant retail/commercial property experience.
• Experience in tenant management, fit-out works and contractor management.
• Familiar with MCST and BMSMA preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
