Process and maintain customer records, documents, and databases.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and other administrative documents as required.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
Follow up on customer requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of customer-related records.
Assist in general administrative and clerical duties.
Support daily office operations and other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements
Relevant customer service or administrative experience is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude with strong customer service orientation.
