Key Responsibilities
Human Resources (HR)
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Draft job postings, schedule interviews, and process new-hire paperwork. [1]
Payroll & Submissions:
Calculate monthly salaries, process claims, and handle local statutory submissions like CPF and IR8A.
Employee Lifecycle:
Manage leave records, benefits administration, and work pass applications through platforms like MOM.
Administration (Admin)
Office Operations:
Coordinate office supplies, maintain equipment, and manage vendor/service provider contracts.
Record Keeping:
Handle general correspondence, physical/digital filing, and renewal of corporate licenses.
Support:
Assist management with scheduling, meetings, and general facility logistics, and purchase orders preparation.
Accounts (Finance)
Daily Bookkeeping:
Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), issue invoices, and process supplier payments.
Reconciliation:
Perform monthly bank and general ledger reconciliations.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare documents for quarterly GST returns, audits, and monthly closing.
Typical Requirements
Qualifications:
Diploma or ITE certification in Accounting, Business Administration, or Human Resources.
Experience:
1 to 3 years of relevant multi-faceted experience in office support, basic accounting, or HR admin.
Skills:
Familiarity with Singapore employment laws (MOM/CPF/IRAS) and proficiency in MS Office alongside basic accounting software
