Packer / Order Fulfilment Assistant — Alchemist Singapore (NEW HEADCOUNT)
Behind every great cup of Alchemist coffee is a team that handles it with care from bean to bag. We're looking for someone dependable and hands-on to join our production team — no experience needed, just a good attitude and a willingness to learn.
What You Will Do
Your main job is to pack and prepare coffee orders so they reach our customers on time and in great condition. Day to day, this means:
Pick, pack, weigh, seal, and label coffee orders for our retail and wholesale customers
Help the roasting team with sorting coffee beans
Check stock levels and rotate inventory to keep products fresh
Prepare orders for courier pick-up with the correct paperwork and labels
Keep the packing and storage areas clean and tidy
Support product preparation for events and pop-ups from time to time
Support the Fulfilment Executive with export documentation and paperwork when needed
Working Hours
Full-Time
Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm
No weekends
Part-Time
3 to 4 days a week, weekdays only (to be discussed)
8.30am to 5.00pm (to be discussed)
Minimum 6 hours, maximum 9 hours per shift
You Are Someone Who
Takes care with their work and pays attention to detail
Is comfortable with physical work — lifting, standing, and staying active throughout the shift
Is reliable and shows up on time
Works well with others and communicates openly
Picks things up quickly and is happy to adapt
Has an interest in coffee — or is keen to learn about it
No experience? No problem — we will train you.
What We Offer
Competitive salary based on experience
Medical and dental coverage
Staff discounts on coffee and merchandise at all Alchemist outlets
Meal allowance every shift
Coffee education and tasting sessions — learn the craft from the inside
Weekdays only — no weekend work
Dedicated to making quality coffee approachable and accessible to all.
Alchemist started out in May 2016, serving coffee to the community around International Plaza.
As a small hole-in-the-wall coffee joint located within the bustling Central Business District, the first step began with a commitment to the delivery of great coffee in a simple and no-frills approach. These later became our founding values that we as a small local business take pride in.
In 2019, we took a big leap of faith and launched our flagship store at Khong Guan Building. A sanctuary within a heritage building where you can enjoy a fresh brew of coffee, in full view of our roastery in action.
Over the last few years, we stayed committed to the delivery of simple and no-frills coffee experience in each and every one of our coffee bar. We now have 6 outlets in total, including Hong Leong Building, Design Orchard, The Mill and CIMB Plaza.
