Job Summary

Responsible for the operation, maintenance,and monitoring of building electrical and mechanical systems. Ensure allmaintenance activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliancewith statutory requirements while supporting daily facility operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage preventiveand corrective maintenance activities through the CMMS system.
• Perform routine inspection andmonitoring of electrical and M&E systems.
• Prepare and manage Permit toWork (PTW) documentation.
• Supervise contractors andvendors during maintenance and project works.
• Coordinate and assign dailytasks to technicians.
• Monitor Building ManagementSystem (BMS) alarms and respond to system faults.
• Ensure compliance with safetyrules, statutory requirements, and company procedures.
• Prepare maintenance reports,incident reports, and technical documentation.
• Maintain maintenance records,equipment history, and asset information in the CMMS.
• Coordinate with clients,tenants, and stakeholders on maintenance matters.
• Support emergency response,shutdown activities, and critical incidents.
  
  

Requirements

• Valid Chargeman Certificateissued by Suruhanjaya Tenaga A4.
• Experience in facilitiesmanagement, building operations, or maintenance environment.
• Knowledge of electricalsystems, HVAC, BMS, CMMS, and PTW processes.
• Good communication, leadership,and problem-solving skills.
