Job Description
Responsibilities
We are looking for meticulous and reliable Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team.
️Working hours : 9am - 545pm / 12pm - 845pm
Job Duties
Clean and prepare guest rooms according to the hotel’s cleanliness and service standards.
Make beds, change bed linens, pillowcases, towels, and other room amenities.
Clean and disinfect bathrooms, toilets, showers, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
Dust, vacuum, sweep, mop, and clean all areas of guest rooms.
Replenish toiletries, drinking water, tissue, coffee/tea, and other guest supplies.
Check rooms for damaged or missing items and report any issues to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
Follow proper procedures for Lost & Found items and hand them over to the appropriate department.
Respond politely and professionally to guest requests when required.
Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping equipment, trolley, pantry, and storage areas.
Maintain a professional appearance and good personal hygiene at all times.
Work efficiently to complete assigned rooms within the required time.
Perform other housekeeping duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.
Requirements
Good attention to detail and cleanliness.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Physically fit and able to perform housekeeping duties.
Responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
Friendly and courteous towards guests.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
