Freelance Freelance Property Operations Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in Insides Coliving WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

To support the Operations Team in managing and executing property management projects, ensuring on-site issues are efficiently handled and all tasks are completed on schedule.

1. Assist in handling, settling, and supervising on-site issues, including workman arrangement and monitoring.

2. Liaise and communicate with building management officers, suppliers, contractors, workers, cleaners, and other related stakeholders, as well as respond to inquiries from property owners.

3. Conduct defect quality checks before and after renovations, ensuring all standards are met.

4. Prepare and submit reports on project progress and defect management, with timely follow-ups to address any issues.

5. Oversee material procurement, including budgeting, planning, obtaining quotations, and controlling costs.

6. Ensure all assigned tasks from the Superior are completed on time and to the required standard.

7. Maintain project documentation, including schedules, contracts, and reports.

8. Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
