TAKAFUL CONSULTANT

Job Description

We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals to join us as Takaful Consultants.

As a Takaful Consultant, your role is to help individuals and families understand the importance of financial protection and recommend suitable Takaful solutions based on their needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Meet and communicate with potential clients.
• Understand clients’ financial needs and protection goals.
• Provide clear and professional advice on suitable Takaful plans.
• Explain Takaful benefits in a simple and easy-to-understand way.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Follow up with existing and potential clients.
• Provide excellent service and continuous support to clients.
• Participate in training, coaching, and team activities.
• Develop your own client network and grow your Takaful business.

Requirements

• Age 25–40 years old.
• Positive attitude and strong willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, disciplined, and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.
