- Supervise weight management therapists to ensure effective and efficient completion of daily duties
- Provide expert consultation and advisories to customers to support their wellness goals
- Conduct skills upgrading sessions for therapists to maintain and improve service quality
- Adapt work schedule to include non-regular hours, late shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the beauty and wellness field
- Willingness and ability to work non-regular hours, including late shifts, weekends, and public holidays
