In Malaysia, TORRAS is actively growing its presence across TikTok, Instagram and e-commerce platforms, creating more opportunities to work with local creators and develop engaging, authentic content for Malaysian consumers.

We are looking for a proactive and social-media-savvy Creator BD Intern / Executive to join our team and help us discover, connect and build long-term relationships with creators and influencers.

If you are someone who spends time on TikTok and Instagram, enjoys discovering new creators, loves content and is not afraid to reach out, communicate and make things happen, we would love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Search, identify and build relationships with creators and influencers across platforms such as TikTok and Instagram.
• Proactively reach out to creators who match our brand and campaign requirements, and coordinate product seeding and collaboration opportunities.
• Manage the full creator collaboration process, from initial outreach, product seeding, content creation to posting.
• Monitor creator content performance and sales results, and follow up on opportunities for re-shoots, repeat collaborations and long-term partnerships.
• Explore new creator profiles, content categories and innovative collaboration opportunities.
• Organise creator collaboration data and maintain an updated creator database / talent pool.
• Support the team in executing new product launches, creator campaigns and influencer marketing projects.
• Assist with other creator marketing and social media initiatives when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong interest in TikTok, Instagram, short-form video content and influencer marketing.
• Proactive, responsible and strong in follow-up and execution.
• Creative, willing to learn and able to identify trends and engaging social media content.
• Students, fresh graduates and candidates with relevant experience are welcome to apply.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
