Full Time Architectural Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in Studio-asean Architecture & Interiors Selangor - Maukerja

The primary purpose of this role is to be a 2d CAD draughts person and technician to deliver architectural drawings for our projects.

Mainly required are items below and it would be highly desirable if you have relevant experience otherwise please stat that you are a fresh graduate:

- 2d architectural drawings at various stages of project.

- Local authority processes around the UBBL (uniform building by law), etc.

- Authority requirements and compliance documentation works.

- OSC3 online admin

- some construction site knowhow upon the drawings that we produce.

-4 years of relevant architectural work experience

-Preferance for candidates age above 35 as our office is rather young and we do require some balance.
