Responsibilities
Hours:
Mon–Thu:
7:00am–4:00pm;
Fri:
7:00am–3:30pm
Key Roles
Handle frontline services and telephone enquiries
Attend to unwell students and render first aid
Administer lost and found items
Maintain tidiness and cleanliness of the Reception Area
Handle mails, faxing, receiving goods, photocopying assignments, and certificate issuance
Assist with data entry, record keeping, and filing
Support school events and perform other assigned duties
Requirements
At least
GCE O Levels Certification or equivalent
Minimally
2 years of relevant work experience
Proficient in basic IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good customer service skills
