Full Time Finance Executive (Education) @ West - Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,200 in PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Location: Pioneer
Hours: Mon-Thu 8:30am-6:00pm, Fri 8:30am-5:30pm
Contract: 6 months, extendable or convertible
Salary: Up to $3,500/month


Summary of the role:
Manage daily finance and procurement activities in line with company policies and timelines, keeping records accurate, liaising with stakeholders and vendors to resolve issues, and guiding users on system-related queries.

Job Scope

Procurement

• Manage goods receipt and verify invoices against POs

• Follow up on PO and invoice discrepancies, and close unused PO balances

• Prepare monthly outstanding GR and PO reports

• Support users on procurement processes and Ariba

Accounts Payable

• Verify non-PO invoices and check cost centre, WBS and GL details

• Coordinate invoice processing and payments with Finance department

• Follow up on payment failures and vendor queries

• Maintain schedules for advance payments, GL and AR ageing

Claims

• Review staff and claims for completeness and supporting documents

• Guide claimants and resolve claim queries

Fixed Assets

• Coordinate tagging, transfer, disposal, sighting and reconciliation

• Maintain fixed-asset registers and run the annual asset sighting

Financial Accounting

• Reconcile assigned GL and school centre accounts monthly

• Support reclassification journals and intracompany billing

• Monitor budget utilisation and answer finance enquiries

Grants

• Prepare grant summary reports for Principal Investigators

• Monitor grants nearing expiry and maintain grant schedules

Others

• Help improve and document finance processes

• Perform other duties as assigned
