Flexible Working Schedule: Working hours may vary depending on the day's photography assignments. Once all photography sessions are completed and images have been successfully saved into our system, photographers may be able to end their workday early, depending on the day's schedule and workload.

Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Outdoor Assistant Photographer to support our school photography projects during the peak photography season from January to May. The successful candidate will assist photographers on-site at schools, help coordinate photography sessions, manage photography equipment, and ensure the smooth execution of individual and group photography assignments.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist photographers in school photography sessions, including equipment setup and dismantling.

· Arrange students and staff for individual and group photographs.

· Ensure photography areas are organised, safe, and ready for each session.

· Assist with student coordination, crowd control, and verification of class lists where required.

· Handle photography equipment with care and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

· 1–3 years of photography experience, preferably in outdoor or school settings.

· Proficient in Photoshop and basic Excel.

· Familiar with cameras, lenses, lighting, and photography equipment.

· Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors.

· Able to start work early (as early as 7:00am) and work efficiently under tight schedules and time constraints.

· Punctual, responsible, independent, and a good team player.

· Good communication skills and comfortable interacting with children and school personnel.

· Willing to travel to schools across Singapore.

· Valid driving licence is mandatory. Company van provided for work-related travel.

· Available throughout the January to May contract period.

Remuneration

The salary range for this position is $2,800 to $4,000 per month, commensurate with experience.

Additional Notes

· Must report punctually to designated school locations, including early morning assignments.

· Maintain a neat, professional appearance and conduct when representing the company at schools.

· Be prepared to work within scheduled photography sessions and tight timelines.

Contract Period: January to May (Seasonal Assignment - Contract)
