Responsibilities
Respond to enquiries via
inbound calls and emails
Assist respondents in
completing surveys over the phone
Compile, record, and
accurately input survey responses into the system
Ensure all survey information
is captured accurately and professionally
Requirements
Diploma/ GCE 'A' Levels
Good communication and
interpersonal skills
Comfortable handling phone
calls and email correspondence
Detail-oriented with basic
computer skills
Customer service experience
will be an advantage
