Full Time Finance - Operations Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 6,500 in TARAN ADVISORY PTE. LTD. Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to join our team in Singapore. The role is primarily full-time, but we’re open to a part-time arrangement.

Our Finance & Operations Manager keeps the company running smoothly behind the scenes. The role covers bookkeeping, invoicing, payroll, contract administration, travel and events, and works closely with the management, our team and our external partners.

Responsibilities include:
Bookkeeping in Xero, including uploading receipts, reconciling bank accounts and assisting our external accountants with the year-end financial statements

Preparing quarterly GST filings to IRAS

Monthly client invoicing, tracking payments and chasing overdue invoices

Running monthly payroll

Keeping cash flow reports and project time tracking up to date

Preparing contracts and NDAs

Arranging business travel and organising events, team-building and company gifts

Onboarding and offboarding team members

Coordinating ISO 27001 and SOC 2 audits and keeping supporting documentation organised

Basic requirements include:
Very organised and reliable, with strong attention to detail and deadlines

Able to work independently and handle several tasks at once

Accounting knowledge and experience with Xero are a plus
