Job Summary

To drive HR digital transformation through analytics,automation, and artificial intelligence. This role will partner with HR, IT,and business leaders to develop workforce insights, optimize HR processes, andimplement innovative AI-powered solutions that enhance employee experience andbusiness outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain HR analytics dashboards and workforce reporting solutions.
• Analyze workforce data to provide insights on headcount, attrition, hiring, employee engagement, and HR operations.
• Design and implement AI and automation solutions to improve HR service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Leverage enterprise systems (e.g., Workday) to consolidate and transform data into actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and digital innovation across HR functions.
• Create reports, presentations, and recommendations for leadership.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics, reporting, and AI solutions.
•  Deliver impactful HR analytics dashboards and workforce insights.
• Implement AI and automation solutions that improve HR efficiency and employee experience.
• Support data-driven decision-making through meaningful analytics and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation within HR operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in HR Technology, People Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Digital Transformation.
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and/or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Knowledge of AI, automation, and emerging HR technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
