WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of accounting principles.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Willing to learn, responsible, organised, and detail-oriented.

• Positive attitude, good behaviour, and a strong sense of integrity.

• Able to follow instructions, work well with others, and meet deadlines.

• Proactive and willing to ask questions when unsure.

Fresh graduates and candidates with limited experience are welcome to apply, provided they have a strong willingness to learn.

WHAT YOU WILL DO & LEARN

• Assist with daily accounting and administrative tasks.

• Prepare and organize invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents.

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable.

• Support data entry and maintain accurate accounting records.

• Assist with bank reconciliation and basic financial reporting.

• Learn about e-Invoicing processes and related documentation.

• Help with document filing and month-end closing preparation.

• Work closely with the Finance team on daily operations.
