Position: ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE (AP & AR)

Location: Headquarters, Kuala Lumpur
Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,500 per month (Based on Experience & Qualifications)
Employment Type: Full-Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Handle daily Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) operations.
• Prepare, verify and issue monthly client invoices based on contracts, timesheets and site requirements.
• Monitor outstanding invoices, follow up on client payments and maintain collection records.
• Process supplier invoices, payment vouchers and payments upon approval.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
• Prepare monthly AP/AR ageing reports, cash flow updates and financial summaries.
• Coordinate with HR and Operations on payroll reconciliation, manpower billing and site-related expenses.
• Assist with month-end closing, general ledger entries and financial reporting.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and other financial records.
• Assist with SST, e-Invoicing, audit preparation and other statutory compliance requirements.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers and internal departments on accounting and payment matters.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned by Management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in accounting, particularly AP and AR.
• Good knowledge of invoicing, payment processing, collection management and bank reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Familiarity with Malaysian accounting practices and e-Invoicing requirements.
• Experience in handling multiple client accounts or project-based billing is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of full set accounts will be an added advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, good organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently, multitask and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Responsible, trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality of financial information.
• Experience in the security services or manpower outsourcing industry will be an added advantage.
