Assist the Project Manager in preparing quotations, site measurements, and colour schedules to support project planning

Follow up on handover checklists, coordinate touch-ups, and obtain client sign-off to ensure project completion satisfaction

0–2 years of experience in coordination, administration, or site work (fresh graduates welcome)

Proficient in using Excel or Google Sheets, email, and messaging apps for communication and project tracking

Willingness to travel between job sites during the day to oversee operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Possession of a valid driving licence to facilitate site visits

Ability to communicate in additional languages used by crews and clients to support effective collaboration

What we offer

Salary: $3000.00 - $4000.00 per month, based on experience

14 days of annual leave, plus medical benefits
