Job Description
Responsibilities
- Must have 15+ years of experience in Java technologies with minimum of 10 years experience in Banking industry.
- Manage and Lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade applications using Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, microservices, and REST APIs.
- Define technical architecture, review solution designs and code quality, and ensure the scalability, performance, security, and reliability of enterprise applications.
- Manage and mentor software engineering teams, provide technical guidance, oversee development activities, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Drive cloud-native application deployment and platform engineering using OpenShift, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment automation practices.
- Oversee system integration, backend services, and database operations, ensuring seamless data exchange, high availability, and efficient application performance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, manage production issues, and support continuous improvement.
