Requirement (Must Have)

• Candidate must prossess at least a Diploma/Degree in Digital Marketing / Business Administrative

• Experience: Min 3 years of experience in a Digital Marketing/Business Administrative

• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, optionally Mandarin.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop & Illustrator).

• High proficiency in Canva for rapid templating.

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics

• ​Proficiency in CapCut

• Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating both graphic design skills and successful marketing campaigns.

​Soft Skills we Value

• Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, and typography.

• ​Ability to look at a chart and understand why a design is or isn't working.

Job Summary

In this role, you will lead multi-channel campaigns across paid, organic, email, and social media to drive brand awareness, acquire high-quality leads, and increase overall ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and monitor integrated marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), email, and display networks.

• SEO & Content Strategy: Conduct keyword research, optimize web pages, and collaborate with content creators to boost organic search rankings and user engagement.

• Email & Marketing Automation: Segment email databases, design automated email funnels, and nurture leads through continuous lifecycle marketing
