Full Time Data Centre Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,500 in Farben Information (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.

• Basic knowledge of data center operations and infrastructure management.

• Familiarity with IT hardware, Microsoft Office applications, and basic IT concepts.

• Strong logical thinking, communication skills, and professional customer service attitude.

• Ability to listen actively, communicate clearly, and work effectively within a team environment.

• Strong self-discipline, responsibility, and ability to follow operational procedures.

• Language proficiency: Local language + English, or Local language

• Perform 24x7 data center operations and monitoring according to client requirements and operational standards.

• Respond to incidents and execute work orders in compliance with defined Service Level Agreements (SLA), including ad-hoc operational tasks.

• Familiar with data center environments, monitoring systems, and operational procedures; conduct routine inspections to identify potential risks and follow Emergency Operating Procedures (EOP) to handle incidents quickly and accurately.

• Complete incident records, maintain operational logs, and prepare initial incident reports when required.

• Proficient in using ticketing/work order management systems, strictly follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and independently complete assigned tasks with a focus on achieving SLA targets and maintaining zero operational errors.

• Understand data center infrastructure including network switches, servers, structured cabling, and related IT equipment; familiar with equipment installation, rack mounting, cable deployment, troubleshooting, and maintenance procedures.

• Support data center activities including site surveys, on-site coordination, minor installation works, and issue escalation/reporting.
