Project Overview

Our client, a leading global consulting firm, is seeking freelance consultants to support multiple upcoming Due Diligence projects.

The projects will be supported remotely, with Singapore and Sydney as the main project locations. Consultants from different locations and time zones may be considered depending on profile and project requirements.

Role Requirements

* 2–5 years of experience in consulting and/or Commercial Due Diligence (CDD)

* Hands-on Due Diligence experience across relevant sectors or project types

* Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

* Experience with Private Equity and transaction-related projects preferred

* Strong report writing and ability to prepare client-ready presentations

* Strong consulting and structured problem-solving skills

* Ability to work independently in a fast-paced project environment

* Strong written and verbal communication skills
