Intern, Partnerships, Marketing and Events (Jan - Jun 2027) jobs in Singapore Business Federation - Maukerja

As our Intern (Partnerships, Marketing and Events), you will match companies with social service agencies and community partners, tell social impact stories through articles and social media, run workshops and events, and track the impact of corporate volunteering, working alongside our Social Impact Advisors, corporate partners and community organisations. You will gain practical skills in partnership building, storytelling and impact reporting, and see first-hand how businesses and the social sector come together to create positive change.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing, events and coordination

• Create marketing content, copy and materials, including presentation slides, case studies and visuals.
• Coordinate meetings, workshops and webinars with partners.
• Manage event logistics, set-up and administration, such as registration, communications and post-event surveys.

Account and relationship management

• Partner with Social Impact Advisors to match companies with social service agencies, volunteer management centres and community partners, and convert prospective leads into corporate volunteering partners.
• Maintain and update the VolunteerInc. database, including sign-up and participation records.

Communications

• Write short articles, social media posts and case studies.
• Draft talking points and key messages, and gather materials for events and engagements.
• Curate a library of photos, videos, volunteer testimonials and feedback for presentations, marketing and the website.
• Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to align social impact stories with VolunteerInc. and wider SBF messaging.

Programme tracking and reporting

• Develop and refine templates to capture programme impact metrics.
• Track participation data, such as volunteer numbers, volunteer hours and impact for companies and community beneficiaries, and gather feedback from participating companies.
Produce internal summaries, dashboards and quarterly reports to track progress and trends.

Requirements

• Preferably pursuing studies in Business, Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, Political Science.
• Interest in marketing, including digital, social media and press coverage.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Well organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Comfortable using PowerPoint, Canva or similar tools.
• Eager to learn and able to take initiative.
• Must be able to commit to a full-time internship for a minimum of five months starting from Jan 2027.
