About Our Client:

Our client is seeking a hands-on Network Engineer to support its Singapore office and partner manufacturing facilities. In this role, you will serve as the primary local network support resource responsible for troubleshooting, deployments, and operational continuity across both corporate office and high-demand production/manufacturing environments. You will work closely with global engineering teams to deliver robust network reliability and support local infrastructure expansion.

• 12 month contract (renewable)
• 100% in-site Mon-Fri
• Must be SG Citizen / PR

The Role:

• Drive operational support for enterprise networking systems across all Singapore locations, providing timely onsite troubleshooting for network incidents and user escalations.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot core Cisco routing, switching, enterprise Wi-Fi, and LAN/WAN infrastructure.
• Execute network hardware installations, software upgrades, cabling/racking activities, and expansion projects across local office and factory floor environments.
• Act as the local point of contact for regional network operations and partner with global engineering teams on high-tier escalations and cross-border initiatives.
• Provide technical assistance and network connectivity support to engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams working on-site.

The Person:

• 3–7 years of hands-on network engineering and operational support experience. Prior experience supporting manufacturing, laboratory, or production environments is highly advantageous.
• Strong foundational understanding of LAN/WAN technologies, protocols, and architecture.
• Proven hands-on experience with Cisco routing, switching, and enterprise wireless setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Familiarity or experience with Cisco DNA Center (DNAC) and Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE) is preferred.
• Knowledge or experience with Palo Alto Networks firewalls and SD-WAN architecture is a plus.
• Active Cisco certifications (CCNA or CCNP) are preferred.
