Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore for a Senior Cloud Business Development Manager. The role involves identifying and developing new cloud business opportunities, building and managing strategic relationships with enterprise, telecom, and public sector customers, and driving adoption of Huawei cloud solutions in the local and regional market. The Senior Cloud Business Development Manager will work closely with product, technical, and marketing teams to design solution offerings, prepare and deliver customer proposals and presentations, and support the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Day-to-day responsibilities include market analysis, pipeline management, account planning, and coordination with partners and internal stakeholders to achieve revenue and growth targets. The role also requires monitoring competitive trends, gathering customer feedback, and contributing to Huawei’s cloud go-to-market strategies in Singapore and the broader region.

Qualifications

• Strong cloud business development and sales skills, including experience in enterprise or telecom cloud solutions, account management, and pipeline management.
• Knowledge of cloud technologies and ICT infrastructure, such as IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, data center solutions, and digital transformation for enterprise customers.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strategic customer and partner relationships, including experience with channel partners, system integrators, or consultancies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities, including market analysis, opportunity assessment, and development of go-to-market plans.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with technical, product, marketing, and operations teams in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent business education is an advantage.
• Several years of relevant experience in cloud, ICT, or enterprise solutions sales or business development, preferably in regional or global technology companies.
• Fluency in English is required
