Job Description
- Draft policies and metrics for governing sellers on the platform by working closely with commercial, operations, legal and marketing teams to roll out policies
- Work with large data sets to distil insights into sellers’ behaviour and propose policies
- Propose new initiatives to improve seller’s performance by benchmarking against competitors or through data analysis; Drive end-to-end implementation of said initiatives
- Communicate ideas and findings in a logical and structured manner to management
- Conceptualise new process and product improvements for sellers; Collaborate with Product teams to translate ideas into business requirements and new product launches
- Review scopes and manage processes to govern risk for platform including financial and PR risk mitigations
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- 1+ years of relevant or proven experience (E.g., business development, operations)
- Interest to build broad capabilities in strategy, operations, and data analytics in the e-Commerce industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and customer service software
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder management
- Comfortable working with large sets of data and simplifying complex data into insights
- Strong curiosity to understand the “whys” and “hows” and to develop the “so-what” that will shape policies, initiatives and features
- Proficiency in SQL preferred
