WE ARE HIRING – PURCHASING ASSISTANT

Are you good at comparing prices, negotiating with suppliers and making sure the right items arrive at the right time?

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Assistant Purchaser to join our team!

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with daily purchasing activities
• Receive and process purchase requests
• Source suppliers and obtain quotations
• Compare prices, quality and delivery terms
• Prepare Purchase Orders (PO)
• Monitor stock and replenishment requirements
• Follow up on supplier deliveries and outstanding orders
• Communicate and coordinate with suppliers
• Check PO, DO and invoice documentation
• Monitor supplier pricing and performance
• Assist in identifying cost-saving opportunities

REQUIREMENTS

• Has Diploma in Purchasing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Business or related field
• Has 1–2 years of purchasing/procurement experience is an advantage
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Is proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Has good communication and negotiation skills
• Is detail-oriented and organized
• Can follow up with suppliers effectively
• Can work independently and meet deadlines
• Is proactive and willing to learn
