• 2-4 years in business development or B2B sales, ideally in building materials, construction, or a related trade

• Strong prospecting and networking skills

• Comfortable with outbound outreach and cold approaches

• Own transport, willing to travel

• Develop go-to-market approaches for underpenetrated segments

• Hand off qualified opportunities to the Project Sales team for quotation and closing

• Track and report on new account acquisition and pipeline growth

What You'll Be Doing

Your job is to open new doors, not manage existing ones. You'll go after new commercial segments and accounts we haven't tapped yet, then hand qualified opportunities to the project sales team to close.
