Contract Resident Engineer - Construction Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in Agensi Pekerjaan Times Management Consultancy Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Supervise and monitor site construction works according to drawings, specifications and procedures.

Inspect construction works including structural, architectural, infrastructure and external works.

Monitor work progress, quality, safety and compliance with local authority requirements.

Attend site and technical meetings and provide regular progress updates.

Identify defects, outstanding and non-conforming works and follow up with contractors.

Verify materials, testing results and contractors’ work progress for claims.

Maintain daily site records, reports, photographs and relevant documentation.

Work closely with contractors to resolve site issues and ensure timely completion.

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience in Data Centre, IT, Engineering, Construction, Semiconductor, Manufacturing or related industries is an advantage.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Willing to work long hours when required.

Good command of English, both written and spoken.
