Production Lead | Aerospace MRO | Up to $7,800

Location: Loyang Drive
Salary: Up to $7,800/month
Benefits: 13th Month AWS + Variable Bonus
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8.00am–5.18pm

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily production operations to achieve delivery, quality, productivity and cost targets
• Plan production schedules, allocate manpower and coordinate overtime according to operational needs
• Monitor workforce utilisation, productivity and efficiency against established KPIs
• Ensure parts are repaired or processed according to technical specifications, work instructions and quality standards
• Provide hands-on shop-floor support and establish standardised work processes
• Develop training plans, conduct on-the-job training and assess employee competencies
• Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, including Lean Manufacturing, setup reduction and mistake-proofing
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety, environmental and airworthiness requirements
• Maintain production equipment according to Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) plans
• Coordinate with Materials and Customer Service teams to ensure material availability and meet customer delivery commitments
• Lead, coach and develop team members, including performance evaluations, training and employee development
• Drive operational excellence through process improvements and cross-functional collaboration
