Responsibilities
Interested in building your career in insurance and customer service? Join a dynamic frontline team supporting policyholders and Financial Representatives!
Salary: Up to $3,700/month
Contract: 12 months, extendable
Environment: Frontline insurance service centre
Fresh diploma and degree holders welcome!
What You’ll Do
Attend to walk-in policyholders and Financial Representatives
Handle Life and General Insurance policy enquiries
Follow up on unresolved customer requests
Manage feedback, appeals and minor complaints
Provide excellent customer service and ensure proper closure
Support Digital Communications and Call Centre duties when required
Follow regulatory and compliance procedures
Assist with projects and other assigned duties
Be open to rotation among different service centres
Requirements
Minimum GCE A-Level, Diploma or Degree
Comfortable working in a frontline environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Meticulous and customer-focused
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Able to work independently and within a team
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Insurance certifications such as BCP, PGI, M5, M9, M9A or Health Insurance would be an advantage
