Position Title: Quantity Surveyor (Commercial Fit-Out)
Working Location: Ang Mo Kio
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM)
Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB + Medical Benefits
Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
Prepare cost estimates, take-offs, BQs, and GeBIZ tender submissions.
Source and negotiate quotations with subcontractors and vendors.
Manage scope changes and Variation Orders.
Handle progress claims, interim payments, and final accounts.
Monitor project costs, margins, and rate libraries.
Work with project teams on budgets, risks, and deadlines.
Perform other related duties as assigned.

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Construction Management, or related field.
At least 2 years of QS experience, preferably in commercial interiors, retail, exhibition, or Design & Build.
Able to read architectural, MEP, and joinery drawings.
Familiar with SIA/REDAS contracts and GeBIZ tenders.
Knowledge of fabrication, joinery, material pricing, and building requirements.
Good negotiation, cost control, and coordination skills.
Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
