Job Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customer orders accurately and process payments.
• Serve food and beverages according to company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area and workstations.
• Set up tables and ensure the restaurant is clean and presentable.
• Assist with food preparation and other outlet operations when required.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally.
• Follow company policies, food safety regulations, and service standards.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Outlet Manager or Supervisor.

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification is preferred.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, responsible, honest, and willing to learn.
• Able to work in a team and under pressure.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is an advantage but not compu
