Job Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and implement engineering solutions in accordance with project requirements.
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, calculations, reports, and other engineering documentation.
Monitor project progress, ensuring work is completed according to schedule, quality, and budget requirements.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective corrective actions.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal departments on technical matters.
Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and performance evaluations where required.
Ensure all engineering activities comply with relevant standards, regulations, safety requirements, and company procedures.
Review and improve existing systems, processes, and equipment to enhance efficiency and reliability.
Support project planning, cost estimation, procurement, and technical evaluation.
Maintain accurate engineering records and documentation.
Perform any other duties assigned by the management.
Job Requirements.
Knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, materials, and practices.
Familiar with reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
Willing to work at construction sites and travel when required.
Strong project management, planning, and coordination skills.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project is an advantage).
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, with flexibility to work extended hours when required.
