Responsibilities
Scope:
Oversee day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring all building systems (e.g. HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are well-maintained
Coordinate and manage external vendors (e.g. cleaning, security, maintenance) to ensure service quality and compliance
Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on maintenance issues to ensure timely resolution
Support leasing and tenancy administration, including leasing contract documentation, renewals, and record keeping
Ensure all licenses, service contracts, and compliance requirements are up to date
Respond to operational issues or emergencies promptly to minimise disruption to business operations
Experience in vendor management and coordination
Familiarity with leasing or contract administration is an advantage
Able to work independently and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
