Role Details:

• Define and maintain enterprise-wide QA policies, standards, processes, and templates.
• Establish common testing methodologies and quality gates across all projects.
• Develop QA metrics, KPIs, and report mechanisms to measure quality performance.
• Promote best practices and drive a quality-first culture across the organization.
• Conduct periodic QA audits to assess compliance with organizational standards.
• Review project deliverables, test artifacts, defect management, and release readiness.
• Identify quality risks, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Mentor QA teams and promote knowledge sharing across projects.
• Drive process improvements, test automation adoption, and QA transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with PMO, Development, Business, and Architecture teams to improve delivery quality.

Qualification Details:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Testing.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in QA leadership, governance, or quality management roles.
• Proven experience establishing QA standards, processes, and audit frameworks.
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, Agile methodologies, and quality management principles.
• Experience with test automation, integration testing, and enterprise applications.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
