Requirements

Job Description

RedRadar International is hiring on behalf of our client for a Content Creator Cum Videographer to develop, produce and manage engaging visual content for social media and marketing activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full content production process, from planning and concept development to video shooting, photography, editing and final delivery.

This role is suitable for a creative and proactive individual who understands current social media trends, has strong visual storytelling skills and is able to manage content production according to an agreed schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and plan a monthly content calendar, including creative concepts, content ideas, scripts and shooting schedules for social media platforms.

• Research current social media trends, viral content, trending audio and audience preferences to create relevant, engaging and creative content.

• Manage the end-to-end content production process, from brainstorming and planning to video shooting, editing and final delivery.

• Conduct video and photo shoots for social media content, marketing campaigns, promotional activities, company events and programmes.

• Capture high-quality footage using creative camera angles, proper framing, lighting and camera movements to produce visually appealing and engaging videos.

• Direct and guide talents, presenters, staff or other participants during video shoots, including providing instructions on positioning, movements, expressions and delivery.

• Edit and produce engaging, high-quality video content efficiently using suitable editing software, AI tools and other digital tools to streamline the editing process and ensure timely content delivery.

• Ensure all planned monthly content is fully shot and edited by the second week of each month, in accordance with the agreed content calendar and production timeline.

• Monitor social media trends and content performance, identify opportunities for improvement and recommend new creative approaches to increase audience engagement.

• Perform other content creation, videography, photography, video editing and marketing-related duties as assigned by the management.
